We enrolled our daughter in parkview montessori this year. They are so caring, thoughtful, and she has already developed and learned so much there. Toddler room is wonderful and we know we are comfortable leaving her, and can check in with the teachers to see how she is doing if we need to. 10 stars!!!

We joined the Park View family back in 2016 and haven't had any regrets. The teachers and staff have always had a way with the kids. My daughter comes home every day with a smile and wakes up each morning excited to go back. I'm impressed with how quickly she has picked up reading and math and is excited to show me her work each week.  I don't have anything negative to say about the communications, as we have always been notified of any and all new developments regarding my daughter's academic and behavioral progress. The new facility is wonderful - playground, gym, large classrooms and even adorable teeny tiny commodes in the toddler room for those potty training! Additionally, I would like to highlight how well Park View has navigated through this unprecedented year with COVID-19.  It has not been easy on anyone, but specifically the kids as many community activities came to a halt.  However, with the constant updates and communications from Park View and how they handled their selves, we felt fortunate to have them as our day care provider.

We transferred to Park View from a traditional daycare center and have been thrilled with the care and education they provide our preschooler. Staff longevity and training impressed us.  There is very little staff turnover, and all lead teachers are certified in Montessori. Our child has made academic and social strides and comes home each day with a smile on her face. In addition to the quality learning and play environment, we could not be happier with their communications. The teachers and staff are responsive to questions and provide regular, clear communications about the school. This has been especially important to us during Covid-19. Park View is a great fit for our family and we are so glad to have found it.

Due to about 11 incidents since September 2020, we pulled our daughter out of this daycare. 1st incident with owner: After about 11 incidents in recent months, including another child's clothing and mask sent to our home multiple times with my daughter, we spoke with the owner on the morning of November 3rd to explain that we're pulling our daughter out of Park View. He asked why and as I answered his question, he kept cutting me off & speaking over me. At one point, I asked him if he would let me finish speaking, but he kept speaking over me. My wife tried to speak as well but he wouldn’t let her finish and continued to speak over her as well. My wife & I were surprised at how an administrator was speaking to us in such a rude, unprofessional manner. Parents are essentially paying the equivalent of a monthly mortgage amount or higher to send our children here and this is how an administrator treated us. He apologized later that day and asked for a second chance and we agreed. That week, school shuts down my daughter’s class for about 2 weeks because of a Covid19 outbreak… 2nd incident with owner: On December 3, my daughter's teacher informed me that my daughter came to school without a mask on. I disagreed. So on December 4, I spoke with the two teachers involved and the owner. As I began to answer a question the owner asked, he once again started speaking over me and raise his voice right in front of his staff by my daughter’s classroom. I actually had to tell him, “DO NOT RAISE YOUR VOICE AT ME” THREE TIMES before he stopped. Once he did, I suggested we watch the security video footage of my daughter walking in to the school so we can see if she actually was wearing a mask or not. The school has a security camera in the entrance and on the side of the building by the front entrance. He ignored my suggestion and he suggested that two teachers check my daughter in every morning so there is no confusion about what happens. Honestly, it was a simple matter of checking the video footage, since there was a discrepancy between the staff and I, but it turned into an ordeal where the owner acted so unprofessionally toward me in front of his staff near my daughter. I left the school and got a call an hour later from the owner who was apologetic about his behavior. He stated that he realized that the parents are always right and he should listen to their concerns. I emailed on December 7th and 10th asking to watch video footage so I can own up and apologize to the two teachers, if indeed my daughter was not wearing a mask as they claimed. No response still. If you have video proof to a discrepancy/issue, why not be transparent and settle the matter? So we had the owner/administrator react unprofessionally first, then realize that their client/parent is correct and apologize after the fact TWICE. How is that an appropriate way to deal with clients/parents who pay the teacher’s salaries? He even managed to misspell my daughter’s name on her un-enrollment letter. Wow! On my daughter's last day of school, the school sent another student's mask home with our daughter. This was the third time they had sent another student's mask to our home, in the middle of a pandemic!
