Christopher Demas found us our dream home. We had our hearts set on a new construction development in the Stevenson school district. He helped us navigate 3 bids over the course of 3 months. It was a painful process and helped us every step of the way and then advised us to start looking beyond the new construction. Chris explained how broken that process was and he was certain we would find something better. We absolutely found a stunning house with everything we needed for a fraction of the cost of the new construction in an amazing school district that I never would have entertained without him. The family owned auto business is a Sham! The owner doesn't get much business. The few that he does get. He maximizes his profits. He will find things to fix. Be very sceptical when he makes request on your vehicle?

Chris is the best broker I have ever met! He always puts the client's needs first. He is attentive and provides effective advice. He not only finds a property but helps facilitate a successful completion of your vision. He doesn't have to do that, but he goes above and beyond. Once the connection is established, you find that you want to hear his advice on everything you encounter. HE IS EXCELLENT!!!
