Marilyn was great for my home purchase! She listened to what I wanted and we only looked at homes that met my criteria and she knew the area. This saved a lot of time. She provided several home inspection services and walked me through the entire paper work process for the loan and closing. The sale went through quickly without any issues. I will definitely use Marilyn again when I want another home.

I was in the market for a condo. I was very nervous about this process but Marilyn being not only a professional but an amazing people person, made me feel so comfortable immediately. I explained exactly what I was looking for & the day after we spoke I was viewing numerous properties in my email. When we went on-site she was so helpful as well. During the closing process she walked me through everything so I understood everything completely. If I ever am in the market to buy again, Marilyn is the only person I would go with. She really knows what her business. And she's just a lovely person to work with.

In the past year and a half I have had to sell a house and buy a condo. These were my first real estate transactions in 40 years, so I needed a lot of updating. Marilyn managed to make this process easy and efficient. and even fun. I particularly appreciated being able to contact her anytime and get timely responses.

Marilyn helped my wife and I purchase our first home a few years back and have to say, she is AWESOME! We went from Wheeling to Schaumburg and searched through many homes until we found the right house. Marilyn was so diligent and gave us excellent advice and was never afraid to give her honest opinion, like we were family. We are still living in our first home, 7 years later, and have to say it is a great investment! If we decide to move again, we would certainly use her! Since we purchased the home, I actually started working in the mortgage industry as a Loan Advisor, and then an Assistant VP of Lending - out of all of the realtors I've had to work with, I have never found someone as sweet, knowledgeable, and attentive as Marilyn! Hope that says something.... take my advice and by a home through Marilyn!
