I cant believe this company still in business. Its a big fraud. Took me to the airport and changed me $30, three days later when I went to the airport they wanted $55. They dont even have meters in the cab. Stay away from America taxi

Reserve van to pick our family a week prior at midway airport on March 31 2024. When I picked up luggage, called them Im ready. They texted back looking for a driver. Why look for a driver if I have car reserved a week ago? Waited 15 min but no car available. Called them and said will be there 15 mins. Waited 30 min and called them back in which I was told another 15 mins. After an hour went by and after 3 calls of kept saying we will be there, gave up and took urber home for double the cost. Called next day to talk to manager and kept getting transferred to customer service voicemail. Finally a a manager named Kyle called and I politely explained unreliable and over promise but undelivered company, he said he will call me back after speaking to reps but never did. Dont ever use them if you dont want to be stranded at an airport after long day travel.

American Taxi? Lmfao more like Pakastani Taxi. Need to shut down business. Its 2024 do yourself a favor and create a Uber account. You wont have to deal with aggressive drivers and rude owners and drivers. Upfront and clear pricing and they actually have customer service to some degree.

If could give negative 5 stars I would! We had a pick up to take me and my family to midway at 2:30am. We received confirmation. Literally 5 minutes before we were supposed to be picked up we got a message that they were still trying to find a driver in our area. Our flight was leaving at 5am. They completely left us with zero options. We ended up having to drive and park our car for 10 days at the airport. Wouldnt have been an issue but our return flight is at OHare!! So now we will have to take an Uber to midway which is the opposite direction of our house!! Absolutely horrible horrible experience!! How can they sleep at night knowing they screw people over like this?? What kind of Cracker Jack company is this?? Shame on us for not reading their very similar horrible reviews where they continually leave people stranded. Do Not use them!! Unbelievable!!
