        Gustavo is very friendly and reasonable, explains his findings on the repair, and goes out of the way to help customer. He diagnosed our 82 inch TV and a small CD player. Great customer service!

        Very happy with the repair. Called Gustavo and asked if he could look at an older CRT desktop monitor after being turned away by another shop. He offered to pick up the monitor and call me back when he finds out if its salvageable or not. He called me to let me know it was a failing power supply and offered to replace it at a very fair price. Once it was repaired he dropped it off for me.
