        After calling a few companies in the area and having no luck getting a tow we were relieved when Prime came through for us! Mike was extremely kind, thorough in his work, and took the time to communicate during the whole process. He even called us to update that he was able to jump start the car and gave us the option to pick it up if we wanted to, we ended up deciding to just tow it and was updated with a photo when it was dropped off. We were very pleased with the service, especially on such a bitterly cold night! We highly recommend this company!

        HIGHLY recommend this towing company!! After being stranded on the highway for almost 3 hours, my insurance switched me to Prime Time towing. They were extremely quick to call me to locate where I was at, and were very friendly. I wish I would have had this towing company originally to save me from the hassle that I experienced.
