        Worst experience ever. They had furniture dollies but they wont give them to me, because it was apparently for someone else. I booked Uhaul a week ago. I had to reschedule my apartment shifting because of them.

        U-Haul is the BEST. I had originally made a reservation with Budget Truck Rental 2 weeks prior to my move and Budget Truck Rental canceled my reservation the last minute stating that they have no vehicles. I made a reservation with U-Haul and they had my truck ready on time. For the future, I will only use U-Haul. BEST customer service and on time with their trucks. No hidden costs or unexpected charges like Budget Truck Rental. Thank You U-Haul for your Excellent Customer Service.
