        Ordered and paid for a dozen bagels 24 hours in advance. Some were BABs specials which run out quick. Go to pick up the bagels and they said someone already picked them up, which was a lie. They didnt fill the order, and they didnt have the bagels to fill it. Very disappointed, will find another bagel shop.

        Service was slow (20 minutes) to grab two bagels. I had my order to go and opened my bag- bagels were burned.

        This location is very good! And both of the employees who were working on Sunday 04/09/23 were very kind, welcoming, and showed great hospitality. I highly recommend visiting this location for bagels, and the smoothies too
