        I was late for the appointment. Couldnt reschedule or take up the haircut. Later they acknowledged and gave a call back for a refund. Thanks for refund, appreciate that.

        UPDATED. Barber did reach out to me and refunded me the money. I do appreciate that. Had a haircut scheduled yesterday. Unfortunately, my schedule changed. I tried to cancel/reschedule my appointment via the app and called the shop probably 10 times. Nobody answers the phone and the app was not functioning to allow me to canceloutside the hour window. I tried calling again this morning, nobody answers. Of course, they took my free $50. Never returning. Unfortunate.
