If I could give a zero I would. We came in the evening and asked what time are they are open til. The younger girl with the gray hair was extremely rude and unwelcoming, not sure if she was a manger or not. Made me not want to spend a dollar in this store. Really sad that customer service is hard to find these days. Will never shop here. Last year I spent a lot of money at this store and to be treated like that is horrible.

I was in the store today and overheard a conversation where someone was trying to return something. The lady at the register seemed very unprofessional. I heard the girl asking if she could contact customer service and the cashier said you can do whatever you want. I work retails too and I would never talk to a customer like that. There was no shouting but the wording is just weird. I guess beware if you purchase online and return in person?

I wish I can give this is zero, but there are no options. At 10:20 AM me and my daughter were trying to enter the store. Doors were locked. Doors were locked and employee was looking right at us without acknowledging us. Let me Renise you the store was supposed to be open at 10am. You just lost a customer. And this was my first time trying to shop with this company. I dont recommend at all!
