        Love shopping here. Great service and obviously great product. My now becoming issue, which has nothing to do with the workers here, is the on/off ability to accept debit cards. I never know for sure when I go. Sometimes they do, sometimes they don't. When they don't, I have to get cash there and it's costs me a few bucks extra each time. No biggie. But time after time, never knowing for sure. And today I had to get money out twice since I underestimated the total initially. Anyways...my only issue. Kinda annoying. But I'll go back either way

        Talking to the employees at this location is like talking to a brick wall. They are extremely unfriendly and secretive. I'm sure they're miserable because Zen Leaf pays them minimum wage but they could at least fake it for the customer's sake. Website is absolutely terrible...extremely glitchy. I'm constantly attempted to be overcharged for an online order i made, while im picking up at the store. Employees try to blame it on a glitchy website but I personally feel they are intentionally attempting to overcharge customers in hopes that most won't speak up. Many people are not assertive like I am. I'm sure it's some scam being perpetuated by their superiors. Basically i think they willfully attempt to overcharge customers and then get kickbacks from their superiors if they are successful. Terrible company to deal with... extremely unethical and disorganized and incompetent. However , they are close to me and if you stand your ground and speak up and assert yourself eventually you'll be charged what you rightfully owe. Extensive product selection which is good but that's any dispensary. Most stone- faced, unhappy miserable bunch of stoner employees to deal with I've ever dealt with... and that can only be because they're treated like garbage by management and executives of Zenleaf ...which is owned by Verano Holdings. If you don't wait for specials and pay normal retail prices... or come in off the street ...you'll get robbed blind and pay through the roof. Only dude who is friendly and warm there is the African American gentleman who is the security guard. Typical American greedy, unethical company.
