F&G Car Audio Naperville

I Have talked them about getting my car remote starter. Finally had time today and the store hours are mon-fri 9-6 drove 30 minutes to make a payment on a device he needs to order to install the remote starter and the place was closed.

Their office is closed to walk-ins due to COVID. I have left multiple messages at their phone number which they do not return. I cannot speak to the quality of service or prices because they do not return my phone calls. Edited to add after the owner responded: I went in person during their regular business hours to find the door locked and a note to call them instead. I had left three phone messages over three days, before I wrote my review. They have still not returned my calls a week later so I have not been quoted a price for service.

Amazing place! Can't recommend this place more! Any time someone asks me where to get car audio or backup camera/remote start installation, I'll be sending them here. SUPERB customer service as Francisco is the man and sooooo nice! Wish all places had the level of customer service as F&G does. Don't hesitate to come here if you're in need of their services. You won't be disappointed.

Francisco is great. Brought in my miata to upgrade the stereo and speakers. Francisco spent hours with me going over options and priced out multiple different packages. The work was very professional and clean and it sounds great. Communication was fantastic, highly recommended.
