I have reached out no fewer than 5 times now, first to cancel, then to ask why it wasn't cancelled, again to discuss how I couldn't get a refund for the month that was erroneously billed, again to complain that it wasn't cancelled after it was TOTALLY FOR REALSIES THIS TIME cancelled even though CLEARLY it has not been. And now again, I am reaching out to I'm sure be told they are totes sorry!!! They are absolutely for REALSIES this time cancel it! I'm so fed up with this back and forth. I report it with my credit card every month so I absolutely 100% know they have heard about it. Really shouldn't be this hard to cancel a membership.
Never sign up for their monthly wash plans. They will continue to bill you MONTHS after cancelling, then STILL bill you after they TOTALLY cancelled....then STILL bill you after they give you a refund for the errant charge last month. It's like a weird car wash themed Groundhog Day.

Wash-u is a great car wash located of Ogden Ave! It is a smaller car wash but it gets the job done! Check it out for yourself and see how you like it. Everyone has a preference. Overall quick easy car wash to use!
