        Mariah was patient and fantastic to work with as we worked together on a challenge! Ive stopped in twice recently, and both people were knowledgeable and truly helpful!

        Salesperson named Chris was very helpful. The company, however, is incompetent. I was scheduled to have equipment installed this past Tuesday. He came equipped with one box. AT&T kept insisting there was another box in my home. I assured them there isnt and never was. Customer service just kept repeating the same misinformation to both Chris and me. They finally said the former owner must not have turned it in. I explained I am the original owner. She said she would send someone to deliver this piece of equipment this morning between 7:45 and 8:15, as I had informed her I wasnt available after that time this morning. Shortly after, I received a text informing me an AT&T tech would be here between 8 and 12pm. Thats not what we agreed to. Hire some customer service employees who know how to problem solve, rather than just reading off of a useless script. Your service is the worst Ive ever experienced. Please respond ASAP. This is unacceptable.
