Contacted the company, said Jeffrey would call me back. He did, and I submitted information that he requested and we discussed (7/20). Two weeks went by and no further contact. Emailed multiple times... no response. Called his office on 8/1 (Monday 9am) asked if he was in, said no, asked when was he in last, was told last Friday the 29th.... I told them I wanted a call back or I would contact my attorney, he had my personal tax returns. Received a call that evening from Jeffrey. Said he as his daughter have Covid and was the basis for no communication. Completely legitimate reason that I accept. However as a business you can; provide an auto-reply on your email that you're unavailable, provide a response the receptionist can reply with, or have someone to monitor your voicemail and emails to cover for these situations. None were in place. This is an edited response from my initial one, as he has found the time to reach out twice asking me to modify my response. I have and provided more details. Seems like a nice individual but not a way to run a business, as I have my own as well.

We have been working with another person to help us deal with an IRS situation for 2.5 years. Frustrated and ready to give up we found Jeffrey. Within less that a year we finally got our refund!!! Thanks Jeffrey!
