        Never seen people so unqualified in my life. I placed my order and pull around to the window and this young man with bracelets is standing there looking at me. So I look at him. He asked me if I placed an order. I said yes. What did you order? A chai latte. So he goes and finds my order. They made my drink wrong. I asked for no foam the cup was about a quarter foam so I had to back up and ask them to fix the order so he hands me back the cup and about a quarter of the liquid is gone. They didn't remake it they didn't fill it up. So I explained to the man that it wasn't made right and I show him the cup where it's a quarter empty and he simply tells me well I didn't make it. They seem to be very disorganized. Customer service is horrible. Would never come here again.
