I got my hair done by Mia, shes amazing. Shes super sweet and doesnt make anything awkward at all. Overall I dont have s single complaint, she was amazing and I walked out with exactly what I wanted.

Melisa was very helpfulshe has great product knowledge (she steered me to NYX eyeliner pencils and theyre great!) and also exhibited fantastic customer service as she rang up my purchases. Will definitely recommend this store to my friends and family.

Just a regular ulta. Didn't have some of the newer designer fragrances from brands they carry or have the selection other ultas nearby have in stock. Maybe not their fault. Employee that offered if i needed help with colognes wasn't too well versed on mens fragrances, which isn't a bad thing, but I'd recommend they stay informed on the products if they're going to ask paying customers if they need help with them, instead of constantly pushing aqua di gio and directing customers to the wrong fragrance when asked if said cologne is in stock. Please do not misconstrue this as bashing on an employee, but learning products goes a long way in retail. I applaud her for the effort in a day when many retail employees do not care or bother to help customers.

LOVE my new hair! Its exactly what I asked for and the curls and so cute. My stylist was really nice and overall I had a great experience.

There is no even 1 star for this store, Disgusting service, and very rude manager behavior I got very bad experience in this store, I came here 2-3 days ago for balayage treatment for my hair, and I asked for chocolate warm color and then stylish just started applying hair color right away without any discussion or explanation, first they gave it to me wrong bill 344 dollars which is supposed to be only 190 and then manager came and give me discount and I paid 225 dollars, And when I reached home my hair looked totally red color and I called here right away and told her about not satisfied with color and she said thats fine you will come back and will do it for you, And when I come today for this stylist( Her name is Mia) and manager both were talking to me suddenly and said we are not going to change your color if you want I will charge you more 100 dollars, and they both argued with me very wrong way, so why they give me todays appointment if they are not going to change my color. Stylist name is Mia, so everyone be careful about color and specifically what she charges, really really disappointed
