Thank you Cadence for what you have done for my son! He has improved his interactive play, words, & all around mood after going to school there. The videos and pictures seeing his development and enjoying himself warms my heart. Cadence has been a great place for my son and family!

We had our kid here but our experience was terrible, teacher would scream to kids and after reporting she filed a complaint, things got worse and management couldnt deescalate situation, (management escalated situation) it forced us to leave with a terrible experience. Be aware how your children is treated in this place because staff is not professional and committed to provide excellent care, hopefully they will provide better care in the future

Before i begin- Big heartfelt thanks to Miss Roshni(infant room), Miss Dawn (who is no longer with the daycare) and another kind pregnant teacher in toddler room (whose name I must have remembered, my bad!!) What follows is my experience with the school. And I wouldnt sugarcoat my feelings about it. As parents, were all trying to do our best to protect and nurture our little ones. And if am hurt, Ill let you know am hurt. And if your experience with the school has been great, then am happy for you and your kid(s). Because that is all we want. 11/28-The day I informed the director am moving my son out, she- very busily punching away on her phone- barely looks up and says I need 2 weeks advance When one is in the service industry and is especially the face of an organization, it is ones basic requirement/etiquette/courtesy to find out the reason. Yes, she might have already been aware that this would happen or even aware of the reasons. Even then, it is human and basic to ask. Choosing a daycare is more an emotional decision than a financial or convenient one for us parents and we would want our little ones to go to a place where it oozes warmth and kindness. The directors attitude puts her on the other end of the spectrum. I have not met any other person who runs a daycare who is as indifferent as she is. And that evokes so much disappointment and concern from me for the other kids. Some specific incidents: 1. The only thing that we haven't done in reminding them about my little one's allergy to cheese (which causes constipation and sleepless nights) is to have it engraved on his forehead. And yet 2 days in a row he is given cheese and when we take it up with the director, we get a cold-hearted I need a doctor's note. Do we need to provide an official note? Yes (but mind you, it is the first time we ever heard her mention that). But as a director, could one have been more empathetic/concerned/checked on my son? A resounding Yes. 2. You see babies and toddlers with runny noses and nobody cares to wipe them - sometimes it dries up and it hurts to see them helpless and unhygienic. Several times our son came home with food in his hair, in his ears, and also eyelashes. The teachers don't wipe ever 3. My little one took longer than others to transition from the bottle to a sippy cup- and the suggestion we got from one of the teachers was ' Do not give him the bottle for 2 days. He cries and then learns. When we said, 'but he would starve' the teacher shrugged and said 'he must learn. And last but not the least, the director's approach to everything in general, made it easy to leave the school Also, before I went public with my views , I made the director aware of my hurt and disappointment. And she barely made an effort to assure us that Cadence would be a place that we could trust. So, none of this Is a surprise. Leaving with a heavy heart. I do hope nobody else has to go thru this ever again.
