        Great customer service through the process. Amazing job with the install. Quality of materials is exceptional. Price for what you see was steep, as I went with all natural, full color bluestone and porcelain tile. The seat wall is pavers, but the top is limestone. Very pleased with end result.

        Overall great experience! I would highly recommend building with Archadeck of Chicagoland. We met with Archadeck in September, 2020 and contracted for flexible build and the porch was built in February, 2021. They did a good job of adjusting things to accommodate covid concerns. The design process was very professional. Having the design center in Palatine was really helpful to get an idea of what the porch would look like and help with the decision making process. We worked with other vendors and they said they couldn't build it the way we wanted. Archadeck came up with a design that worked and the result was excellent. It flows really well with the existing structure. The quality of the work was excellent. Anytime we brought up something it was handled immediately. There was daily communication during the work process and that was really helpful to know what was being done and also to be able to communicate any issues. We had a few delays specifically with the delivery of the windows but temporary screens were put on those windows so we could enjoy the space. We also needed a correction on the gutters but that was done with a really quick turnaround. I'm so glad we did the project with Archadeck and now we can relax and enjoy the space.
