        I have intensely awful anxiety going to the dentist. Dr A is amazing. He definitely will put you at ease and is so good at what he does! He literally changed my life because he was able to fix my front tooth which has been an embarrassment for so many years. Thank you so much Dr A!

        This dental office charges missed appointment fees to Medicaid patients and then sends them to collections. Not them or nobody else are not aloud to charge this fee to Medicaid patients. This is fraud and you should report it to your Medicaid member services as soon as possible, If you notice this has happened to you.

        They charged me $50 for having Covid. I called in to let them know I couldnt make it the day before but they were closed. They would rather I come in and expose everyone I guess instead of letting me cancel my appointment. I even took a photo of my test as proof and it still wasnt accepted because it wasnt done at a lab. What a joke.

      Hi D, We want to be explicitly clear on this point. Charging a Medicaid patient for not showing up is NOT fraud. We are proud of the fact that we do accept Medicaid patients and do our best to care for as many patients as possible. When a Medicaid patient doesn't show up for an appointment without proper cancellation, it takes away from another Medicaid patient that could be helped. All of our patients, Medicaid or otherwise, are made aware of our cancellation policy. Unfortunately, you did not feel that your appointment was important enough or that we as a practice did not deserve to be informed of your inability to make your appointment. We provide a service to our community and your lack of consideration and misrepresentation of the actual facts hurts our practice. To be 100% clear, no-show fees are commonplace. We wish you the best of luck in finding a practice that is willing to accept you as a patient.If you want to avoid a no-show fee, show up to your scheduled appointment or call us and reschedule or cancel your appointment with the appropriate notice.

If you had sent us the COVID test, we would have been happy to refund you for your missed appointment. While you're stating that you sent us the test as proof, that's incorrect.
