I wish I could give Dr. Cardenas zero stars. First off, if you are hoping to see Dr. Han she is no longer at this location; however, her name is everywhere on the website and the office. Somehow Dr. Cardenas does not know how this is, even though this is her dental practice. We were greeted rudely and communicated in a disrespectful way while checking in for our appointment and Dr. Cardenas took no responsibility in her communication with my son, making him cry. When I called with questions regarding my additional $120 out of pocket expense, on top of my $145 payment in the office I was told that I was, "high and mighty" by the Dr. If you need more reasons not to visit this office here is more.. When speaking to my insurance company they explained that Dr. Han was listed as a primary care provider, typically resulting in limited out of pocket costs. It was extremely disappointing to pay so much out of pocket. We were not told up front that they do not accept Cigna insurance. This should have been explained to us right away. So instead of Dr. Cardenas taking any responsibility for the lack of consideration and communication afforded to us she decided to insult me. Last, when I see the office staff staring at their phones and not assisting the elderly coming in and out of the building, who needed assistance, I have seen enough. Do yourself a favor and find a better dentist.

I've been to multiple dentists in my adult life, and Dr. Han is by far the best dentist I have been to. She is incredibly meticulous, gentle, and professional. What I appreciated most about Dr. Han is that she took the time to thoroughly explain what she would be doing and answer any of my questions. I will be coming back for all of my dental needs!

I was shocked that I was not allowed to stay in the waiting area during my 10 yr olds appt. In fact, I was asked to wait outside. I had them open the blinds so I could see her. In today's society, my #1 priority is my children's safety. In the past month I have been allowed to wait/be with my children for haircuts, swim lessons and the dr. This was not communicated prior on the website.
