They have changed - very much money oriented big business now. For a long time customer, as I cancelled a routine clean because a long oversea trip, when I called back to schedule one, they just snapped me to schedule me 7 months later. They and I were not very happy with each other because they wanted me to pay an extra they did not tell me before a procedure, when I questioned it and refused to pay, they send collectors letter to threaten me. (Finally I paid as one of their nicer person explained it.)

Great professional staff..really went above expectations. Considering how a lot of dentists unfortunately run there business. Dr. Kaz was very good placing implantszero pain and recovered well. Additionally Monica & Lina did a great job assisting the doctor and myself through the whole process.

go somewhere else that actually values your time
reschedulex 3 times
first one to hygiene app being down
second one same app having nobody scheduled for my appt so nobody came in, halfway through my drive they decided to inform me. didnt find out until i got there. i dont use the phone in the car
the third reschedule took 45 minutes to see me. worker was on a smoke
