    THIS IS THE KIND OF CARE THAT YOU CAN GET AT HANOVER DENTAL....GOOD LUCK Because of the limit on how long reviews can be, I made this shortened one. The long one, with ALL THE POOR CARE, will be sent to the corp office, yelp, and the BBB. Friday, my wife had gum surgery. NO FOLLOW UP CARE GIVEN OR FOLLOW UP DATE, EVEN THOUGH WE ASKED FOR THEM. TURNED OUT, WE USED THE SPECIAL MOUTH RINSE FROM THE TIME WE GOT IT. WE WERE NOT SUPPOSED TO USE IT ON THE FIRST DAY. SHE DID USE IT ON THE FIRST DAY, BECAUSE WE WERE NOT GIVEN ANY INSTRUCTION.... OTHER THAN....EAT SOFT FOOD. NO INSTRUCTION ON CARE OF STITCHES, BRUSHING, FLOSSING, OR FOLLOW UP APPOINTMENTS. Soft food was not defined, or were we told, how long should she eat soft food, or how long should she have pain. We had an agreed price on the procedure, which I had to sign, but was OVERCHARGED OVER $745.00, after the procedure was done. We were not given any info on follow up care/information, even though they were asked for. We were given no instruction on how to use the medicine that we were given scripts for. I called the following day because my wife was having a lot of pain and asked why did we not get any info about the follow up care. I was told that someone would call MONDAY.... NO ONE CALLED. 3 days later I went in, because calling has proven to be a waste of time, to ask about the poor follow up care and why no one called on MONDAY THROUGH THURSDAY. Nancy the manager said sorry and that for me to call the next day to get an appointment, when I know my wife's schedule. I asked Nancy what damage or injury will occur if my wife used the special mouth wash too soon. I asked twice. Maybe that is why my wife is having such bad pain. Nancy would not say. Nancy also said, she could not give me the overcharged amount, because corp office had to do that. I called the following day, to get the follow up appointment that Nancy said I would get. I talked to Joaquin, because Nancy was not there, Nancy said she would be there. I talked with Joaquin,who kept asking me questions about why I wanted an appointment, AFTER I ALREADY gave my wife's name and said we were looking for follow up care, to her surgery. I asked Joaquin, why don't you know this? I asked for the corp phone number, and Joaquin said, I don't give out phone numbers. I was getting aggravated and Joaquin asked me, why was I raising my voice. I started to answer Joaquin about why I was getting aggravated, and he hung up on me. I called Hanover Dental again, no one would answer. I tried corp office, and another person who works in accounting, would not tell me his name, told me to call back on Monday, and hung up on me. THIS IS THE KIND OF CARE THAT YOU CAN GET AT HANOVER DENTAL, GOOD LUCK, YOU WILL NEED IT.
