Melissa and her team were fantastic! Mellissa was always on top of the ball and prepared for every court appearance. She knew our case forwards and backwards and was an absolute shark when it came to questioning. She was always prepared and eloquent and had a closing argument that I will remember for the rest of my life! Our case felt pretty hopeless at times but her attitude and preparedness ended the trial in our favor! I HIGHLY recommend Kuffel Law!

I would like to thank Jessica and associates from Kuffel Law. Jessica helped me navigate the confusion and bureaucracy through 3 different judges and 4 different lawyers from the opposing counsel. When it came to disagreements with a spouse who agreed to nothing, Jessica helped me to understand what would be important and what to let go. I would also like to thank Jackie with her help during trial for bringing in her expertise in medical issues. This definitely helped with my judgement. I would also like to thank Max, who, at the time, was an observer at my trial. He had brought up valid points as arguments, and it was great to have an extra set of ears to hear something that may have been missed. Thank you Jessica for always being available, for making it easy to set up calls/appointments, and always following up with any issues I'd have.

You cant get a better client or child experience than here, seriously. As a worried mom of a strong willed and too smart for her own good pre-teen and unfortunately, a conflictual post divorce, I found a lot of comfort in meeting w/ Melissa. There was no run around or confusion- everything was fair, clear and well communicated. I felt heard and understood ! BUT most importantly above all else my daughter, felt safe and heard. I cant express enough gratitude for that alone. My daughters mental safety is my top priority, especially in this high conflict setting, its nice that my child had a soft landing. I had heard meeting with an GAL can be hard on kids so I was worried going in. But after our meeting, I feel better not worse about the situation and my daughter says shed be happy to talk to again anytime. I can only pray we have Melissa as GAL if we ever find ourselves in court again bc it meant that much to my daughter to not feel terrified.

Highly recommend this firm. They are extremely professional and get the job done in a timely manner too. Spent around a year with them throughout the legal trouble I was having to deal with. The attorneys are extremely nice and are a pleasure to talk to. They will work with you and accommodate you the best they can. Would highly recommend hiring them if you need a family lawyer. And as a side note, they seem like they care. Its a lot better than most firms I had looked around at. 10/10

Everyone at Kuffel Law was absolutely amazing, especially Melissa Kuffel! They all made an ordinarily difficult process seem so easy. They were prompt in answering any questions I had which did not amount to many since everything was explained thoroughly from the start. I do not have anything negative to say and I would recommend Kuffel Law to everyone!
