Friendly staff, clean facility and lots of space for dogs to run and play. Not too busy on Sunday mornings right at 9am when they open.

Took my dog there for a swim session. When I booked the swim session online, the rate was $47 for a 45 minute swim. Admittedly we were 4 minutes late to our session, but they took us right back to the pool as soon as we arrived. My dog did great, but didn't seem entirely happy with the swim. If my dog had been allowed out of the pool to run around every now and then she may have enjoyed it more. This may have been a misunderstanding with the worker though as we said she should keep swimming at the beginning of the session thinking she just got in and needs to get used to it. Possible the worker thought we meant she shouldn't have breaks at all. It happens. But imagine my surprise when the 30 minute mark hit and we were told that the session was over. Online says 45 minutes but I thought I had maybe misread it. After exiting I checked my confirmation email and it also said 45 minutes. Then I received the invoice in my email which also said 45 minutes. So now I feel like we were shortchanged/lied to about our session. This left a very sour taste in my mouth and now I am unsure if the time and money would ever be worth it to visit again. Hence the 2 stars. Edit: Yes, the owner called me to try and explain the situation as alluded to in his reply. What he doesn't explain is that the message he left was over 2 minutes long as he tried to explain that although 45 minutes is written more times than 30 minutes, customers should just know it's 30 minutes. I will not be returning to this place again as the owner felt very aggressive about my review.

Best indoor/outdoor park! Staff is awesome. Great groups of dogs and their humans. Would advise anyone to try this place out. The pool for the dogs is awesome.

Today was the first day I took my dog to Wag 'N Paddle. We started with an evaluation, which is GREAT knowing the facility wants to maintain a safe environment for all visitors. Once my dog passed the evaluation, he got to run free in the indoor dog park and I LOVED seeing how happy he was to run free and chase other dogs. The whole building is SPOTLESS, so clean and well maintained. Unfortunately, my dog isn't used to running so much and his paw pads got a little sore. The care and attention by the owners and staff at Wag 'N Paddle was extraordinary!! They immediately jumped to helping my Duncan by cleaning his paws, offering suggestions of what I can use to help heal (and searching the facility for those supplies to save me a trip to the store) and helping me get him into the car. That moment alone showed the love and care everyone there has for animals and made me feel that if I ever needed to board my dog that he would be safe and well taken care of. I am so excited to go back to Wag 'N Paddle and will recommend this facility to everyone I know!
