Dogs Love Running! of Naperville, Illinois

We have been using Dogs Love Running intermittently over the last month for mid-day walks for our young dog after we had a terrible experience at a local daycare. Kathy and Gayle are GREAT with our pup and respectful of our home. They even leave a little note to let you know how your dog did and send a picture during their visit. Scheduling and billing is very simple, communication is great, and pricing is fair. So far, our experience has been far superior to daycare and we'd highly recommend!

Highly recommend, they help me not only take care of my dogs, also my fish tank. And from day one to the end, they are very friendly, supportive, and accountable!!!

DLR has been great for our family and our pets. The dogs love the attention and walks. We have used Heidi and her team to care for our pets for several years. They are flexible and when we are away, communicate how our furry and feathered friends are doing. It's good to know there is someone local to call when we our out of town in case something changes in our plans.

I use Dogs Love Running for my German Shepherd who is just over a year. She has issues including a fear of dogs but Judy shows up and runs her for a half hour four days a week. I can tell the difference on the day she doesn't run. They also were able to send someone on Thanksgiving when I was out of town. Their system is easy to use. You can request or cancel online and payment is also handled automatically the following Monday. Heidi comes to meet you and your pet(s) and discusses any issues, concerns and goes over how they enter the house in detail. I've never had to leave any instructions when Judy isn't available. They also leave a note so you not only know they were there, but you know what they did or didn't do during the run. Highly recommend. Your pet will thank you.

Our lab Henry loves Dogs Love Running and we do too. Every person on the team is dependable, responsible and caring. Heidi and DLR of Naperville always try to accommodate our needs. We especially like the feedback on the DLR notes. Most highly recommended!
