Never ever go here. If I could give a negative rating it would be -100. Rude staff including the manager. The change in ownership of this place has made it even worse. Horrible horrible never go here

I am thoroughly concerned with the safety and security of my information at the Tide cleaners in Naperville. I have not been a customer in over 10 years and randomly received an email stating my clothes were ready to be picked up. I called and the associate didnt seem to care that my identity was being used for a different customer nor could she explain how something like this could happen. I do not have a common name. Better security protocols need to be put in place for the safety of your customers and proper information needs to be acquired because even if this was an accident, the correct customer will not have access to clothes they dropped off.

I was very displeased with my service, I arrived at 6:28p to pick my clothes up. But they were closed, it is displayed on the website and on door of the establishment that they close at 7:00p. The employees continued to WORK and ignored presence while I stood outside of the locked doors for 20 mins waiting for service I never received. Highly unprofessional! I had to drive all the way home and will have to take the drive AGAIN wasting more time than necessary
