Naperville Public Utilities

I actually have had a different experience with the people on the phone, they've been helpful. My issue is that the utilities prices are double what we paid in Woodridge. A small two bedroom apartment costs us over $200 for water and electricity per month! And that's in both summer and winter. It's wild. Also, their website is a pain in the butt.

NET- called Naperville Utility Service and they solved the issue immediately late (11pm, Friday night, Feb 23). My power was turned off on our house when it was 25 degrees. We own another house and came back to this house to freezing temps. NET, Im not going to blame anyone because it was a bit unusual, but highly trained pro fixed it up and I was back online. VERY good customer service!

Terrible power company. Routinely breaks state consumer protection laws and violates customers rights.

This service is definitely the worst most inconsiderate company I know shutting off services when a payment plan was just set I caught the flu and my date was for the 1st they cut my lights off on the 6th and had to pay the 340 upfront no regards to my children being home with no lights my food has went bad and all I asked was for them to at least allow me to pay the 125 I will never recommend to anyone
