My wife and I had a excellent experience having our fence installed by Illinois Fence Co. We had a great sales rep who was very knowledgeable a young lady by the name of YARENY who answered all our questions and concerns. Her crew arrived on time, and removed the old fence and installed a six foot high cedar fence, great service, price, and quality. Service: Wood fence installation

I went with this company because Carmen was phenomenal. However, after my install I'm not happy. I had a damaged wood fence removed and pvc fence installed. After fence was installed, cleaned up was not great. There was still concrete/ brick from the old fence left out in the yard. They had to trim one of my trees and left the branches all over the backyard. I had asked a month before installation for white hardware. I have a white pvc fence, and the black hardware is too much of a contrast for my liking. Black hardware was still installed. Today, I was out in my yard, trying to latch the latch in place, which deemed very difficult. 1. because it seems like it's not lined up properly and 2. because no handles were installed. The handles might be my fault. I assumed handles were standard with this type of fencing as my previous home fence company installed them without me asking. I was not even asked or informed about handles. Which would be nice on a 6ft fence so I or my children wouldn't have to reach over or under the fence to close it. Lastly, the way one of the gate/door openings is awkward. It swings to the right instead of the left. This is a problem because there's a tree on the left side. So when you open the gate, the tree hits you in the face. Seems like it should swing to the opposite side to prevent that. I had reached out to the company the day of or next day after my install about some of these things. There has been no follow up as of yet. I'm disappointed I went with this company.
