        LJ was fantastic to work with! She made sure every detail was taken care of from start to finish. I highly recommend Great Western Flooring and working with LJ. She is honest and makes the floor selection and delivery, easy and enjoyable.

        Working with Great Western Flooring was a most unpleasant experience, and we would not do business with them again. We installed a new staircase, costing $10,000, and wanted a beautiful high-quality runner installed for safety. Our interior designer decided to work with Great Western Flooring. The salesperson, Kate, chose a cheap, unflattering installation method, that left gaps on the staircase. When we complained about how it was installed, she wanted us to spend even more to have it installed properly and correct her error! We were so disgusted with the installation experience and the quality of the carpeting, that we removed the runner. It had so many redundant nails and the carpet quality was so poor, nothing could be salvaged. The entire runner was trashed. Here is what putting $1600 in the trash looks like! P.S. Google lists a Vickie Chirico as a 5-star reviewer. Is she related to Steve Chirico, the business owner? Should family members be posting reviews for their own company?

      We are sorry to hear that you didn't love your runner as we strive to ensure customer satisfaction. We worked directly with your hired, independent designer, Ryann Cleary, on this project. All selections and installation methods were made by, reviewed by and signed by her on the project worksheet and provided contract diagrams.After completing the installation per her contract with us, your expectations were made known and we provided options to adjust the install to accommodate them. You did not elect to have us adjust the install. Regarding the other review you mentioned: that customer is one of our owner's former in-law's, demonstrating our commitment to long-term relationships regardless of personal dynamics. We're proud to have served her needs and earned her review.
