The worst floral shop ever. Their service is so bad. I ordered 1 week before my brothers engagement 2 garlands and 2 hand gajras it had to be pink roses and they confirmed everything with me and the time to pick up at 4 pm. I get a call the day before pickup saying that they dont have any pink roses and that their driver cant find them anywhere. They said they have pink carnations.. so I asked them the price and they said its the same price not any cheaper. I said okay and that I will pick up the next day at 4 pm. I get there and they forgot I was coming at 4 and kept saying 5 pm and it was on the computer too that I was coming at 4. I was EXTREMELY PISSED. I raised my voice because thats UNACCEPTABLE. They did the same thing back in May with my mother in laws order. They said give them 15 minutes and I left and came back a little bit later and went off on them. I said to them with a rude tone thats unacceptable and the lady said oh you shouted, thats unacceptable too. Like seriously, you and your shop dont know what good customer service is or what to do. I also told her their are pink roses everywhere. Costco, jewel, meijer, every place has them within a 15 min radius. I called to check because I was really upset. They did not charge for the gajras ($5 each) after I was yelling and their were other customers at the store. ANYWAYS, DO NOT buy from them. Go somewhere else with less tension/ hassle.
