        Great sales team (Jeff in particular is an amazing advisor) but needs significant improvement in services. Its 2023 where we live in the world of "try and buy" VS with Penny any issues with the furniture and their policies are quite inflexible (considering you pay the list price, no negotiations there) but dont backup with service.
