Odyssey Home Remodeling replaced our roof and gutters on our house and garage about a year after we moved into our new home. We had known that a roof replacement was necessary, and we began soliciting bids over a period of several months. We went with Odyssey not simply because of the price (although their bid was very competitive) but also because of the transparency and guarantees that came with their bid. Odyssey was able to offer a *manufacturer's* fifty-year warranty on our roof that would cover workmanship and the roof itself even if Odyssey is no longer in business. Odyssey was very confident in sharing licensing records, the process of the work, and the breakdown of costs in their bid. They were happy to bring requested samples and left several with us over the weekend so we could ponder options for shingle colors and styles. Odyssey completed the roof quickly and efficiently with very courteous and conscientious workers on site. The final cost did not exceed the bid, and Odyssey has continued to be in touch and send out workers to address those little detail issues that arise as we have encountered the first real rains and snow of the season. They have responded to all questions and concerns immediately when I have reached out to them. What a contrast to some of the other bidders, who did not even return calls after sending out a bid or who took weeks to arrive for the evaluation of the house to make a bid in the first place! We could not be more pleased with Odyssey and are already considering them for future work on our home. Everyone at Odyssey seems genuinely interested in customers and quality workmanship.

We had our roof done by Odyssey Home Remodeling and Roofing on November 15 of 2023. We had three different companies come out to give us an estimate, but always leaned towards Odyssey Home Remodeling and Roofing because of their overall care. The sales representative John was great. He was very knowledgeable and up-to-date on all the Roofing products. John was very professional and overall nice person and seem to care on what we needed done. He came out several times to go over things that we had additional questions about. Even after the job was complete, John came out to make sure we were satisfied with the quality of service their team provided. Debbie the office manager/team leader made sure that her team did the job to our Satisfaction.The team she sent out was very professional and respectful of our property and cared about the job being done to our satisfaction. We would highly recommend Odyssey Home Remodeling and roofing to everyone, you will not be disappointed. Truly appreciate and what to say Thank you to John the sales representative, Debbie and her team for make all this possible for us. We love our new roof, it looks amazing. Met with Steve the owner of the company today January 11, 2024.. He came out to make sure we were satisfied with the job his company had done. I really like that in a company. I highly recommend this business for work on your home, and I will definitely be using their services again in the future. I had 20+ windows and 2 doors replaced in my home. The installation crew did a great job and any minor discrepancies in installation were quickly taken care of and fixed. The windows appear to be high quality and it makes a world of difference compared to what I used to have. The owner, Steve, is what makes this company a 5-star company. He came out to my home and explained the entire process. He was honest and upfront about pricing and was very responsive every step of the way with any questions I had. Good people like that are what make a business successful and you can be happy to know you're in good hands with an expensive home project when you choose Steve and his crew.
