On the Level Construction

Was not at all happy with Peter. He made a commitment to come out and give me an estimate. He didn't show up. Stopped responding to me. I messaged him four times with no response. I told him that I was going to leave him a review and he basically said I'm sorry you feel that way. I would not recommend this company. I hate to say that but it's true.  I feel like at this point if I did hire them they would not be reliable.

I reached out to this man many times who was supposed to come out and do an estimate for me. It wasn't a huge job like doing an entire room or anything but still customer service is important. I actually met him in person before I tried to hire him period he was having a sale at his shop or warehouse or whatever you call it and since I was there I asked him for his business card period When that was a pretty stupid move I guess. We texted back and forth a couple times and then he never came never showed up and never responded back to me. Would not recommend them at all.

We recently hired Pete and his crew for a complicated problem at our home. Pete developed a corrective plan of action and followed through checking every day to assure completion and satisfaction excellently. Pete is a pleasure to work with, he is honest, and his communication skills are superb. We highly recommend him for any home repair, building or remodeling.

Pete and his crew are wonderful to work with. They are fair and honest, they do quality work, and they care about the people they work for. They work very hard to complete projects on time and are very careful to clean up after themselves as they go. They are respectful of the homeowner's needs and time. I have highly recommended them to many friends and neighbors.
