        I absolutely adored Ms.Vivian D, such a joy to work with and very knowledgeable about gun recommendations. Her attention to detail is outstanding, I wasnt too sure about which gun would be the best fit for me but after asking a few questions, Vivian had paired me with a gun that felt perfectly fit for me! She also recommended a target that pinpoints what errors youre making, and that truly improved my session! Just overall quality customer service! Thanks Vivian!

        Thom Chow was the best concealed carry instructor I couldve imagined! Thom provided us with exceptional training, and made us feel comfortable and confident. You can tell he has a lot of knowledge and is passionate about gun safety! He answered all of our questions, and made us feel educated on the Illinois laws and regulations. Thank you Thom!!!

        Basic Handgun with Tom Chow [excluding the rating on the actual range itself]. Tom was a really nice guy with some great information to share. As a teacher/trainer 5/5 Stars. He seems to be very passionate in his training along with aiding everyone in the class achieve their own personal goals. Theres 2 reasons why my experience didnt receive the full 5 stars. Firstly the 4 hour class had a 30-40 minute sales pitch on insurance, which i understand is important for firearm owners, but way to much time spent on the topic. Secondly our classroom time ran late, no thanks to USCCA insurance, leading our range time to be rushed. It seemed though everyone was scrambling to get there rental and earpro; given it was almost 8:40 and the close at 9. I think in total we spent around 20ish minutes shooting; we were able to shoot 22 rounds total. If I had to do it all over again I would watch some youtube videos for FREE and if I still didnt feel comfortable with the knowledge skip the class and consider a personal training from Tom Chow. Overall not bad, but some more time in the range wouldve been nice for the cost.
