        They told me they were open but they were closed. So when I went to somewhere else to get my hair done they told me they were completely closed at the Naperville location

        The woman who is the "manager" of this place is a complete and total nut job. Carrie is her name, and the way she treats her employees in front of customers (myself) should learn how to be more diplomatic in dealing with people in general.

        I walked in and I loved the atmosphere! It was my first time here and kalan did my hair! I loved it!!! I got so many compliments on my hair. Kalan will be my go to ❤️

        Friendly staff, they move quickly even when busy on NYE, but either inexperienced stylist or lack clarity left me leaving with a style I wasn't expecting. Will be back again to give it another try... we'll see
