        Carlos did a thorough job maintaining and testing my furnace and humidifier. He explained everything clearly, gave some good recommendations, and put me at ease about my concerns about my humidifier. The invoice was very detailed about all the work that was done and even included photos. I wish the membership was a bit cheaper though.
