If I could give them 0 I would between their non functioning phone line, website, and payment department that seems to be going through it those people are struggling hard to handle the simplest recurring payments Edit: No you're not going to convince me to change the review until you fix your service and stop wasting people's time and money for the bare minimum!

Ive tried off and on for over 6 months to log into my account! Ive called customer service and was told to create a new account. When that didnt work, I was told they would create a ticket and that Id get an email with instructions on how to take care of it. Im still waiting on the e-mail! This has been very frustrating to say the least! As stated on the TruAssure website: Here are the benefits of creating an account: View benefits, print ID cards, check claims, and more. Sounds real nice if only TruAssure could/would fix their website! I dont use Internet Explorer (IE), but have used Safari, Firefox, and Chrome with no success at all! I really dont want to have to call customer service when I have a question or concern since thats at least a 30 minute wait on hold (another reason for the 1 star rating)!
