I have had Farmers my entire adult life and was transferred to this agency when my agent retired. I have never had an insurance company contact me to let me know how I can save money on my policy renewal, until now. Thank you!

My wife and I have used Farmers Insurance throughout our 17 year marriage and have had good service with no claims until November of 2021. But traveling to New Jersey to celebrate Thanksgiving we lost control of the car on Interstate I-80; it spun 360 degrees along a guardrail and was destroyed and I ended up in a New Jersey hospital for 5 days. We were both stunned by the accident and at the time, we asked few if any questions of the police or witnesses. We ended up with a carbon copy of the police on cite summary and a business card from the driver of the tow truck that took the car. The next day we contacted Farmers with the information we had, but our attention was on my health and we paid no attention with the legal issues of the accident. Farmers was on its own, but they tracked the car and police report from the little they had. It wasn't until we returned to Illinois in early December that we we again in contact with farmers. By then Farmers had everything they needed including a fair appraisal of the car. Farmers people were pleasant, easy to reach by phone and they quickly gave us a check for the fair value of the car. We couldn't have been given better service. We recommend them to everyone.
