These are the places that deserve not even a star. Carolyn kept pestering since 2021 about signing up for a state farm insurance. Every time she offered a quote which was exorbitantly higher than the premium I was paying. Of course, that is nothing against her, because her system quotes a rate and not she!
Fast forward to Mar 26, she texted me again saying that apparently I was with State Farm, which I was not in the past 20 years. When I politely said I was not, she took my wife's last name and said she was. Again that was a blatant lie. I quote her text "XYZ had a policy with us too", and my reply was "good for you". This lady, Carolyn, then calls on my phone without seeking consent, and starts screaming at me "what the heck is going on here? Are you trying to be sassy with me?".
This is the audacity of this state farm agent. Anything this agency or the owners denies, I will put out the text conversation here. I even have the call recording from her aggressive unsolicited phone call.
