I recently had a thoroughly disappointing experience with [Platform Name]. Frankly, I'm appalled by the lack of adequate training provided to their employees. It seems like they're thrown into their roles without any proper guidance or support. This was evident when I interacted with one of their representatives who seemed utterly clueless about the product and couldn't address even the most basic queries.And let's not even get started on their customer service. It's beyond abysmal. I reached out multiple times regarding an issue with an item I purchased, and each time I was met with silence or, when I did manage to get a response, it was unhelpful and dismissive. It's as if they're actively trying to avoid addressing customer concerns.To make matters worse, the items they tout as "high quality" are nothing more than cheap knock-offs masquerading as premium products. It's incredibly deceptive and misleading. I feel like I've been completely fooled into spending my hard-earned money on subpar items that don't live up to their advertised standards.Overall, my experience with LDM been nothing short of a nightmare. From incompetent employees to non-existent customer service and deceptive product claims, it's safe to say I won't be returning anytime soon, and I'd strongly advise others to steer clear as well.

Don't trust this company, they are scammers, they will take your money and pretend to invest in you, I lost over 30k to this company. They will lie and deceive you to try and get more money out of you, I'm sure the 5 star reviews are from people who own this company because that is what they do, they try to gain your trust by any means necessary.

I recently engaged LDM to help with digital Marketing for my company. I spend in excess of $35,000 over 6 months and did not get a single sale or prospect. They simply push spend in the digital world, but have a poor grasp of business. BUYER BEWARE!!
