The worst customer service! I was in store at 7:15 to upgrade my Iphone and trade my old one. I'm a T-Mobile customer of 10 yrs, Magenta plan and the guy in store told me that they close at 8 and can't help me with my request because regarding him this will take time....even though there were 45 mins before store closing. Very disappointed!

Extremely pathetic service, the supposedly "mobile expert" (and manager) know nothing about technology and issue resolution. I brought a BYOD Samsung Watch 4 for standalone 4G/LTE service, they did not even try much and asked to buy apple watch instead, bottom line is they were not able to activate network. They also claimed that Samsung Watch 4 is not supported by T mobile network and watches launched before 2018 are not supported, on which I told him that Samsung watch 4 was launched in 2021, the "mobile expert" was not able to understand despite telling him a few times that 2021 came after 2018 not before. The staff make you feel bad for not having apple device and are kind of snobby. Later I was able fix the activation issue following instruction from a web forum post and getting esim QR code from T-Mobile customer support after an effort of one week, multiple support calls and useless visits to two T-Mobile stores.
