My husband bought me an emerald bracelet from here. He went in the day before my Birthday and Kristin helped him pick it out. She followed up several days later to make sure I liked it. She was super sweet and friendly. Thank-you Kristin for helping him find exactly what I wanted. It is the first time I am not returning what he got me. Two thumbs up!

We went engagement ring shopping at Fey & Co a few months back. Although we didnt end up purchasing here, we did want to write a review because we had a wonderful experience here. First, the selection was robust. Out of all the jewelry stores we went to, the options here were the most unique and yet very classic. We were there for a long time and managed to find two that we really loved. Second, their options for customization is a plus. They provide you with the opportunity to mold and adjust your band design and pick your stone and setting. It is a very custom solution. Third, the customer service was great. We were uneducated, and it took us a long time to look at everything, since I was still learning what style I was interested in. They patiently helped us try many styles and explained the patterns of what I liked so I could better identify my taste. Not once did I get the sense that they were exasperated or frustrated, which is a huge relief because you know how it can be these days shopping for things. Finally, they are a family-owned business and they are still small. Overall, I would highly recommend coming to Fey & Co to search for your engagement ring and jewelry needs.

I want to recognize and commend Kristin M for her attention to detail, gemology knowledge and great customer service. My family presented me with an heirloom diamond ring that belonged to my mother. The diamond was an old European Cut with many chips in the girdle of the stone; this presented concern, for further examination revealed a crack in the girdle that could present a risk of further damage if not carefully mounted in a new earring setting. I requested that an appraisal for the stone to be prepared. Kristin explained the specific details of the diamond appraisal and gave me a precise explanation of the integral variables that compose the diamonds fair market value. Given this inductive approach, we were able to review my options to the stone with my insurance company or other insurance options I was not even aware were available to me, given the specific details of the appraisal. In sum, Kristin considered my individual requests and concern and made it easy for me to make an educated and economical selection to maximize the fair market value of the completed conversion from diamond ring to diamond earring. In my experience in business and engineering arenas I have encountered many creative and talented individuals; Kristin is that person. She was a joy to work with.

I came into Fey & Co. earlier this year with my fianc to inquire about their custom ring process. We spoke with Jon and he gave us some helpful information at time about the process. After a lot of thought I had an idea about her wedding band design as it was tricky with her halo and standard bands would not accommodate it. In April we spoke with Jon again and I explained my thought process to him and he understood exactly what my idea was. Several weeks later we received CAD designs of the ring and was amazed as it was exactly as I pictured it. Jon was very responsive to changes in the design and any other generalized questions I had. We received the completed piece 2 days ago and was blown away! It is a perfect match with the engagement ring and it looks beautiful together. We are both very excited about how it turned out and she cannot wait to wear it! I would recommend Fey & Co. to anybody looking for custom jewelry! 10/10
