They contracted with our property management company. 24 hours after a winter storm and they have not cleared our lot, other than to sweep through one quick time with a plow and leave right after. Our property management team have been trying to get them to come back to fix this, they give times and never show up. Our lot is now a sheet of ice due to temp drops. Had they came out and addressed this sooner, this would not have happened. We cannot walk on our sidewalk safely, that's also a sheet of ice. I cannot take my young son out, the elderly cannot walk on the sidewalks. They did not plow the handicap parking spots. I and other residents have pictures, and our property management has emails that they have shown us. The hoa association lawyer is going to reach out to them and at this point so is my lawyer. I will also be filing a complaint with the ADA as the non plowing of the handicapped spot and lack of safe walkways is a violation. I will also be reporting them to the news, the BBB and every place I possibly can to warn others of this scamming, unethical business.

Poor responsiveness. I also live in a condo community, and for the 1/12-1/13 weekend, this organization completely left the entire premise abandoned. Nothing has been plowed, salted, with a promise to have workers out to aid us since yesterday - nothing.

Live in a large residential condo community. These guys are just not good. Uneven grass all over, walkways not blown of cut grass. Dangerous when it rains. Would not recommend BrightView at all.

This company neglects it's workers they make them work under rainy weather when it's dangerous to be working under this weather . Their putting their workers health at risk .
