Horrible customer service. I inquired about obtaining services and was informed because I lived in Indiana they couldnt service me. I informed them I currently have services in Illinois therefore I know licensing wouldnt be a concern. They replied with regardless of what the previous agency did they wont be servicing me! As a social worker, I know you can service me. I get multiple services in the state of Illinois. You are CHOOSING not to service me. I would give 0 stars if I had the option.

I've been working with a Grow Therapy counsellor for almost two years. I intend to continue. My therapist is smart, kind, considerate, helpful, and compassionate. I've worked with other therapists in the past and my experience with Grow is exemplary.

Working with the counselors at Aim to Grow has overall been a great experience. It is clear that all of the staff want to help each patient succeed and accomplish any goal they have. The environment of the waiting room as well as each office is warm, inviting, and relaxing; I highly recommend their services.

The Grow team is professional, considerate and a pleasure to work with. I have been using their services since 2014 and I can honestly say that I always leave our sessions with a new insight, perspective and some work that I can do on my own to help myself. The counselors make me feel welcomed, comfortable and I feel that I can be open about how I am feeling. I am so glad to have Kari and the Grow team as my support team.
