I have been here for many years now. Some of the therapists are really good. However getting an appointment is a hassle. Moreover the recent change they made with early closing times has made it harder to get appointments. Everyone at this center is very courteous and professional.

Trying to call to buy gift cards, too busy to waste time on a customer on the phone, more their loss than mine. Everyone enjoyed the gifts that didn't come from there just as much.

I quit my membership because of the indifference of the management. I know that I signed a contract that they will deduct a certain amount every month in return for services. However, there was almost never anyone available when I wanted to schedule a massage. This too, with me being very flexible and available from 9 to 5 most days for a massage. They would not stop charging me till I used up all my credits, neither would they find me a therapist when I was free. So before you get to sign a membership,make sure you read the fine print and are prepared to be available when a therapist is, rather than the other way around. I finally had to reach out to the headquarters to get my stuff sorted, before I quit.
