Awaken Massages And Skin Care

I have had chronic shoulder pain for more than 15 years. I started going to Shannon last year for neuromuscular cupping and my pain level has improved immensely over that time. Most of the time now I am pain-free, but I still look forward to my monthly massage. I have gotten many massages over the years and Shannons massages are the best. She is a gifted and intuitive massage therapist!!

A friend referred me to Fernando and said her experience was magical. I've been in pain for years and have seen Chiros and my fair share of massage therapist, so my bar is set pretty high. I've been having this annoying neck pain since I had torticollis last year. I communicated my needs to Fernando, and he delivered. He said he's been doing this for over 20 years and it shows! My pain relieved significantly and my range of motion improved with just 1 visit. Thank you Fernando, look forward to another relief session in the future.

I cant say enough good things about Awaken! I look forward to my facial with Shannon every month. Shes passionate and super knowledgeable about her work. Ive been seeing her for two years and my acne and rosacea prone skin has never looked better. Highly recommend!

I had a bad fall a year ago, and after two massage/cranio sacral sessions with Rachel I feel like I am finally on a deep restorative path. I went to Rachel for a couple years when she worked in the city and I am now thrilled to have found her at Awaken. The business itself is serene, welcoming, and smells terrific. I can't wait to try the sauna.
