Overall: Michele was on top of her game from start to finish on this transaction! I was relocating across the country and changing careers and she made selling this house feel seamless and easy. If you want #1 customer service, market knowledge, solid communication and personable skills, Michele is your realtor. No doubt about it. You won't be disappointed! Listing the Property - She has a strong knowledge of the market and its "temperature". She will use this to set the listing price perfectly to attract buyers and create a multiple offer situation or help you win a multiple offer situation (this is what we did when we first bought it in 2017). Michele also coordinated the photographer, showed up early to make sure the house was looking it's best, and offers an extensive marketing package. She has a long standing business partnership with her photographer who does stunning work as well with turnaround on the photos within a day or two. These photos are KEY to having 40+ showings in 2 days like I did. Showings and Offers: She practically stayed at my property for 2 days managing 40+ showings and 20+ offers. She verifies each showing request to set expectations with the buyers' agents and to make sure their potential buyers have the best experience so they are more likely to make an offer. It definitely worked here! She broke down the 20-ish offers using an easy to comprehend spreadsheet listing all the considerations of any offer so we could make the right choice. There is always more to consider than just the highest offer price and she explains that before you make such a huge decision. Post-Offer Accepted: She made routine visits to the property (mine was vacant) to make sure the asset was still well protected and nothing had externally affected it. She has a vast network of inspectors, and handymen to find and fix things that the buyer's inspection will flag or if you, as the seller, already know something should be proactively fixed. Michele always laid out the next steps in the process, communicated often even when there was little to update on which reassured me that she was managing and checking on the status of things. She developed an extensive comp analysis to argue any appraisal that could come in low (she is basically ready to go to bat for you as a buyer/seller). Fortunately, we didn't need that, but having it prepared and provided anyway is extra insurance! Closing: She is tracking every team members' progress and has a pulse on if closing is ever endangered. Michele being proactive about this minimizes the chances that closing will ever be pushed back. She conducts a final walk-through of the property before handing over the keys and treats it as if it was her own home being sold. She is genuinely happy for both buyer and seller which is a sign that she loves what she does.
