        I wouldn't even give them one star. They are a rip off they told me $200 to replace a battery. I found one on-line for $30 & utubed how to replace. Piece of cake.

      Hi Betty. We're glad you were able to resolve your battery issue yourself. Definitely commendable. Some things can totally be done by tinkering at home. While battery changes do not feel that difficult, especially since we see them all the time, the reality of short circuiting a motherboard is real and we have had to fix home repairs at an even higher cost due to the users inexperience. Our repairs include parts, our experience, our labor pay to employees, our warranty on parts and labor, and our risk of replacing the device if we too cause a short circuit.Again, it's fantastic you were able to do it yourself and not run into any issues. For others that simply do not want to run risks or simply do not feel like doing the work themselves, we are fully capable and reliable and ready to take on the task. If you run into trouble in the future, we are happy to assist. Have a great day
