My officer was very helpful and communicative throughout the entire process. I was kept informed by email at every point when documents needed to be signed, what fees to expect, and when something needed attention. A quit deed needed to be executed near the end, that was delayed for reasons beyond or my control and as such, the rate lock was extended.
